Gilat Claims $6M+ in Orders for LEO Gateway Power Amplifiers
Gilat Satellite Networks says it has landed more than $6 million in new orders for its Wavestream Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs), critical hardware that boosts uplink performance for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) gateway stations.
The high-efficiency SSPAs are engineered specifically for next-generation constellations, delivering the robust uplink power, reliability, and environmental resilience that LEO networks demand. As operators scale gateway infrastructure to support higher throughput and more dynamic constellation architectures, power amplifiers like these are increasingly central to ground-segment performance.
Gilat will deliver the units over the next 12 months.
“These orders reflect strong demand for Gilat’s technology and the confidence our customers place in the quality and performance of our products,” said Edgar Khachatryan, President of Gilat Wavestream.
