OQ Technology and Eseye Team Up to Deliver Seamless 5G IoT via NTN

OQ Technology and Eseye have signed a strategic partnership to deliver global 5G IoT connectivity by tightly integrating satellite and terrestrial networks under the 3GPP Release 17 NTN framework.

At the core of the deal is the combination of OQ Technology’s LEO satellite constellation with Eseye’s AnyNet Connectivity Hub, enabling IoT devices to roam automatically between cellular and satellite coverage using a single SIM. For enterprises, this means uninterrupted connectivity across land, sea, and air without redesigning devices or managing multiple network contracts.

OQ’s S-band LEO satellites provide low-latency, IoT-optimised coverage, while Eseye’s platform handles orchestration across multiple radio access technologies (RATs), masking network complexity from end users.

The combined offering targets industries that routinely operate beyond terrestrial coverage, including maritime, energy, logistics, mining, agriculture, and environmental monitoring. For these sectors, the value is less about peak data rates and more about reliability, global reach, and operational simplicity.
