Myriota Launches Satellite-Powered Global Asset Tracker

Myriota has unveiled AssetHawk, a rugged satellite-connected device designed to track assets anywhere on Earth using standards-based 5G non-terrestrial network (NTN) connectivity.

The tracker targets industries such as logistics, mining, agriculture and equipment leasing, where terrestrial coverage gaps can disrupt operations. Powered by Myriota’s HyperPulse connectivity, AssetHawk supports long-life deployments offering up to 10 years of battery life while enabling scalable monitoring of trailers, containers, vehicles and other remote assets.

Built on 3GPP Release 17 architecture, the device integrates directly with analytics platforms and uses private data paths to enhance security. Optional Bluetooth Low Energy support is also planned, allowing operators to collect condition data such as temperature and vibration.
