Myriota and Telkomsat Partner for Satellite IoT Across Indonesia and ASEAN

Australia’s Myriota is teaming up with Indonesia’s Telkomsat to accelerate satellite IoT adoption across Southeast Asia, signing a new MoU that opens the door for large-scale deployment of Myriota’s multi-band IoT services including the new HyperPulse™ 5G NTN offering.

Announced in the presence of South Australia’s Minister for Trade and Investment, the agreement underscores growing cross-regional collaboration on next-generation connectivity. Telkomsat will integrate Myriota’s solutions into its already broad satellite portfolio, bringing new options for ultra-low-power, resilient IoT connectivity across Indonesia’s vast geography.

HyperPulse™, developed with Viasat, is the first IoT service to use Viasat’s dynamic L-band leasing, enabling performance like latency and availability to be adjusted geographically. It complements Myriota’s LEO-based UltraLite™ service for high-efficiency, low-energy applications.

Together, the companies will target major growth sectors across the ASEAN region including; maritime, oil & gas, agriculture, environmental monitoring, and disaster response, industries that urgently need reliable connectivity far beyond terrestrial coverage.
