Vodafone Qatar Signs on as Starlink B2B Reseller, Extending Satellite Connectivity for Enterprises

Vodafone Qatar has partnered with Starlink to become Qatar’s first B2B reseller of Starlink satellite connectivity services, adding LEO-based broadband to its enterprise portfolio.

The agreement enables Vodafone Qatar to offer high-speed, low-latency satellite internet to businesses operating beyond the reach of terrestrial networks, including oil and gas sites, maritime operations and remote desert locations. Powered by Starlink’s low Earth orbit constellation, the service delivers speeds of up to 500 Mbps with latency as low as 20 ms, and can be used as both a primary link and a resilient backup.

Vodafone Qatar positions the Starlink offering as a scalable, on-demand extension of its existing infrastructure, supporting enterprise resilience and continuity rather than replacing terrestrial connectivity.

The partnership aligns with Qatar’s broader digital transformation goals and reflects a growing regional trend of operators leveraging commercial LEO systems to close coverage gaps and strengthen national connectivity frameworks.
