ERZIA Delivers 216 RF Amplifiers for LEO Constellation in Six Months

ERZIA has said that it has completed delivery of 216 RF microwave amplifiers for an undisclosed low Earth orbit (LEO) constellation programme, highlighting the growing industrialisation of the New Space supply chain.

The contract covered a mix of ERZIA’s commercial off-the-shelf New Space products and customised amplifier modules developed to meet specific mission requirements. According to the company, the entire programme, from purchase order to final delivery, was completed in just 24 weeks, with the first units shipped only eight weeks after contract award.

The hardware included both high-power amplifiers (HPAs) and low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), key components in satellite communications payloads responsible for transmitting and receiving RF signals.

While constellation announcements often focus on satellites and launch contracts, programmes at scale depend heavily on suppliers capable of delivering large volumes of flight-qualified hardware on increasingly compressed timelines. The ability to move from design and customisation to production in a matter of months is becoming a critical requirement as operators accelerate deployment schedules.
